Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how our resources are delivered and when refunds apply. We sell our paid resources directly through this website.

Free resources

Most of what we offer, the Marriage Readiness Diagnostic, the articles, and the downloadable guides, is free. There is nothing to pay, and so nothing to refund.

Delivery

Paid resources, such as the book, are delivered electronically, by email or a download link, once your payment is confirmed. If you buy a title before its release, as a pre-order, it is delivered on the release date, and you will be notified by email.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered at once and cannot be returned, refunds are limited. If a file fails to download, arrives faulty, or you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right, either by re-sending the file or by issuing a refund. Any refund is made to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Where consumer-protection law gives you rights that apply to your purchase, this policy does not limit them.

How to request a refund

Email mike@catholicmarriagelife.com with your name, the product, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few working days.
